X20系列重型龍門銑床

X20系列龍門銑床核心技術源自臺灣。結構設計科學合理，配置國內外先進的功能部件，結構性能上實現了強力切削，各項運動安全可靠，使用壽命長，是一種加工效率高的高科技機電一體化產品。

1、機床床身導軌經特殊的熱處理工藝和強制潤滑，可以減小磨損，延長機床使用壽命。

2、機床工作臺運動速度無級可調。

3、機床床身、橫梁和立柱剛性好，保證了強力切削時的機床穩定性。

4、銑削動力頭可以垂直移動，旋轉正負30度。

本機床適用于機械加工、模具及其他行業對大、中、小機械零件的平面、端面、斜面、T型槽、組合導軌等加工。

BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF X20 SERIES HEAVY GANTRY MILLING MACHINES

X20 series gantry milling machines are high-tech products with high working efficiency.The core technique of it originates from Taiwan,the scientific & logical design of the structure and the adoption of the advanced function unit can realize strong cutting function and safe & reliable movement and long working life.

1.Heat-treatment technics & mechanical lubrication are adopted on the guideway of the machine body to reduce friction & prolong the working life of the machine.

2.Stepless speed change of table.

3.Rigid machine bed/beam/column ensure stability of the machine in strong cutting.

4.Milling head can move vertically or swivel ±30°.

It is used in machine work,moulding and some other industries,especially the processing of plane/end face/inclined plane/T slot/ combined guideway of large/medium/small machine parts.
